YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Whether you are a complete Beginner or have taken a few Yoga classes before, our expert and supportive teachers will compassionately guide you to get to grips with the basics of Beginner Yoga through Flows, Restorative, Yin and Meditation plus some simple Pilates and Barre sessions.
Expect to strengthen, lengthen and mobilise the full body, energising the body and mind, finding space to relax and restore and helping relieve aches, pains and stresses.
OUR METHOD
You will work through informative and steady Beginner Yoga classes covering the basics, including introductions to yoga postures and techniques.
Build the strength and flexibility to progress your practice with less tricky transitions. Expect detailed instruction with lots of modifications offered, always working with the breath to calm the mind and connect into you.
4-WEEK BEGINNER PROGRAM
Our carefully planned 4-week Beginner program will guide you through Beginner Yoga classes to introduce the Basics of Yoga Flow, Restorative, Yin and Meditation plus some simple Pilates and Barre sessions.
