FOUNDER + YOGA + MEDITATION

Laura is the Founder of The Yoga Class and an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her aim is to empower her clients to unfold this transformative practice for body and mind. Expect innovative, playful yet supportive classes focusing on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and form with a strong focus on calming the mind though the breath. A practice that will truly bring you home to yourself.

Laura’s classes combine hours of training, learning and teaching to create a sustainable, nourishing and enjoyable method for classes. Laura is a contributing writer to SheerLuxe and Om Yoga Magazine with clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, Mortimer House, Net a Porter and Annabel’s London.

BETHANY

PILATES + BARRE

Bethany is a seriously experienced teacher. Coming from a dance background, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Since her dance training, she has gained her qualifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, functional range conditioning and her level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course.

Combining all of these elements, her classes provide movement that’s considered and all encompassing. Movement that aligns with you and your body rather than working against it to create strength, tone and mobility.

MOON

YOGA

Moon’s innovative classes share her love of every aspect of the practice of yoga, bringing together a variety of traditional flows with elements of fitness practices, whilst providing space and gentle guidance for meditation to be a part of the class naturally. Moon will guide students through playful practices, encouraging more challenging sequences, a stronger mind body connection and greater body confidence.

Moon came to Yoga through her career as a Model, initially to stay in shape, but quickly discovered the practice gave her more than just Abs. Moon has 300-hours of training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Children's and Prenatal Yoga. 

BHAVISHA

YOGA + MEDITATION

Bhavisha is a teacher of Yoga, Meditation and is a Breath-Coach and will be bringing us some truly beautiful Yin, Meditation and Breath-work sessions.

Bhavisha has completed 1000+ hours of training, has been practicing for 11 years and truly believes that yoga and meditation has changed her life forever. Bhavisha shares her knowledge in her classes as a tool to bring body awareness, mindfulness and self introspection that provides the freedom from constraints and allows us to become who we are truly meant to be.

Antonia trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore India and her classes focus on strong, steady and calming sequences that are dynamic, creative and focus on alignment.

Expect movement to create strength, flexibility, mobility and a calm mind. Antonia is dedicated to inspiring others to increase their physical, mental and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga.

Our Guest teacher, Zoe-Maia's, Pilates classes combine thousands of hours of teaching, training and education to create a method with a focus upon sculpting, strengthening, toning and lengthening the body from head to toe and inside and out.

A method that is sustainable, transformational and most of all, enjoyable.

JASMIN

SOUND MEDITATION

Jasmin is an intuitive wellness guide working as a multi-sensory artist, practitioner, speaker and author. She fuses the synergies of her life experience, training, modern life, conscious living and ancient practices to support and give people experiences and tools to tap into their truth, power, and potential.

She’s compelled to create something that captivates her inherent fascination with sensory and healing experiences involving movement, energy, sound, voice, nature, and colour and includes sight, touch, smell, taste, and hearing elements.

Jasmin has created some very beautiful sound healing and meditation sessions for us.

RUBEN

YOGA

A former professional ballet dancer, model and PT, Ruben’s wellbeing journey started when he needed to pause and slow down, and Yoga and mindfulness played a pivotal role in this. Ruben has deepened his yoga training with certification in Functional Range Conditioning, plus courses on yoga therapeutics and in-depth anatomy, and his classes reflect his deep anatomical knowledge and personal mindfulness journey.

Ruben now runs his own company, teaches in high-end London studios, plus works with private clients and top brands.

REBECCA

YOGA

Rebecca is a firm believer that the practice of yoga has a simple yet magical way of making you feel more connected, grounded, balanced and shares this magic in her classes.

Rebecca has completed 500 + hours of training in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Mandala Vinyasa, Rocket and Yin and will guide, support and encourage students to move their bodies intelligently and intuitively, creating more freedom, space, and balance in the body, mind, and soul.

MICHAEL

FITNESS

Michael is our PT, having spent his life working in the sports and fitness space, he now trains top athletes, celebrities and models on a one-to-one basis in London, always with the goal of setting the drive to help clients improve their lives by becoming fitter and stronger.

Michael has a passion for helping others on their fitness journey and after years spent coaching football in the US, he expanded his personal training credentials with EXOS Performance Specialist, Pain Free Performance Certification, Onnit Academy Foundations Certification, and Cross Fit Level 1.

Michael has created a series of low-impact Bodyweight and weighted cardio workouts, alongside some mobility sessions.

HANNAH

MINDFULNESS

Hannah is an accredited Mindfulness teacher, has been practising mindfulness and meditation since 2012, and been teaching mindfulness since 2015. 

Having experienced the life changing benefits of practicing mindfulness, especially with improving her relationship to difficulty and supporting stress reduction, she is passionate about bringing the benefits of practice, to others to support mental health and wellbeing.

Hannah has trained with 'Breathworks' and specialises in teaching Mindfulness for stress courses.

KATE

PRE + POST NATAL YOGA

Kate’s Pre and Post Natal classes are inclusive, upbeat and relaxed with a key focus on the breath, building strength as well as flexibility to rebalance the body and mind. Kate completed her 200hr YTT in, 2015 and in 2019 completed training in Pre & Postnatal Yoga and Baby Massage.

As a mother herself, Kate has experienced first-hand the incredible benefits that yoga can bring to parents and is passionate about sharing her knowledge to benefit all stages of pre and post-partum in body and mind and across all yoga levels.

NINA

PRE + POST NATAL PILATES

Nina’s classes are considered, well executed and explained with a focus on safe alignment and are designed to create strength, mobility with improved posture and flexibility. Nina has taught for The Yoga Class whilst being pregnant and so has been able to fully experience the effectiveness of her sessions.

Nina is fully BASI trained as well as specialising in Pre and Post Natal Pilates. Nina also teaches reformer, Cadillac and wunda chair.
