DAILY MOVEMENT
The benefits of low-impact daily movement practices are huge: improved strength and muscle tone, stronger mind-body connection, lower blood pressure, reduced stress levels, plus improved alignment, sleep, balance, energy levels, and joint stability.
The expert designed programme combines a mixture of daily, 20-30 minute, low-impact movement practices, to include dynamic vinyasa, power yoga, pilates, barre, alongside optional daily recovery based sessions, such as slow flow yoga, yin yoga, breath-work and restorative movement.
NOURISHING THE GUT
Nourishing and maintaining a healthy gut and a flourishing microbiome (that’s all the bugs that live in our gut) starts with supporting our own unique inner ‘ecosystem’. This plan will start you and your gut on a journey to rebalancing and restoring your gut.
