THE SERIES

Summer Reset builds strength and definition through dynamic Pilates flows, deep core work and full-body sculpting. It’s not just about how your body looks, but how it moves, feels and carries you into summer.

Structured across three progressive weeks, the programme moves from activation and alignment into strength and definition, finishing with more fluid, lengthening movement that integrates the body as a whole.

Includes:
– 6 sculpt sessions per week (Pilates + Barre)- av. 30 mins
– 1 active recovery / restore day (Yoga)

 

YOUR DAILY RHYTHM

To get the most from the series, we recommend building a simple, consistent rhythm alongside the classes:

– 20–40 minute walk each day
– Short evening grounding session (provided)- av. 10 mins
– Consistent hydration (approx. 2–3L daily)
– A balanced, nutrient-dense approach to eating

A simple daily tracker, calendar feature and community challenge is also available to help you stay consistent and build momentum across the 21 days.
